Sutekh is the Sydney University club, formed in 1976, devoted to pop-culture and roleplaying games, sci-fi & fantasy, comics, board games and computer gaming (see our interests). In short, we're a social group with shared interests in all things traditionally 'geek'. In 2006, we won the University of Sydney Union award for Best Club. In 2007 and 2009, we were Highly Commended for Best Club, and won a whole bunch of other awards. If you haven't been scared off by the disclaimer, and if you're thinking about joining, or have just joined and are wondering what you've got yourself into, please check out Sutekh:Welcome. This page can give you a great idea as to what we're all about and subsequently why you'll want to be part of that, no matter what your particular area of interest. If you'd like to interact with our wiki, you have to sign up and log in on our forums.
For users already familiar with the club but not the wiki, Help:Contents can give you a quick introduction on working with articles. And, Special:Wantedpages or Category:Stubs are good places to start if you want to contribute. In terms of categories, Category:People lists past and present members of Sutekh, affectionally known as Sutekhers. Additionally, Category:Official is a good place to start for information officially endorsed by the Committee. If there is something (or someone) who should be in the wiki, but is not, please add them at your earliest convenience, or mention them in Additions.
The finest articles of the wiki are located at Category:Featured Article. These are considered to be the funniest articles, or the ones which will help you understand about Sutekh culture.
