Sutekh has two types of meetings every year: The Ordinary Meeting in first semester and the Annual General Meeting in October. They are usually held at the start of a Pizza and Games at 6pm on a friday evening.

This usually occurs during the last few weeks of first semester, and is intended as a kind of progress report for the committee and the club. Committee members and Sub-committee leaders will report on their doings, tell the club of future plans, and open the floor to suggestions and comments from the club.
The same as an Ordinary Meeting, though the Constitution of SUTEKH may be changed.
The same as a General Meeting, along with re-election of the committee and the formation of sub-committees for the following year.
These meetings all require at least 15 Sutekh members be present; otherwise, the meeting has 'failed to reach quorum' and a meeting is called in exactly a week's time.
Due notice will be given to members about any upcoming meetings and failures to meet quorum by email and forum announcements. Come along and have your say in the way Sutekh is run.
