Otherwise known as the Executive.
The committee are those members of SUTEKH elected to positions of administrative authority. The University of Sydney Student Union requires that particular members of student Clubs and Societies have authority over particular aspects of each club.
They organise events, liase with the Union, control the flow of funds, set general policy for the club, and are generally in charge.
There have been many incarnations of committee configuration through the history of SUTEKH. Changes to the Constitution in 2006 removed the 2 General Committee Member positions, and replaced them with a New Member Officer, and a Sponsorship Officer, as well as incorporating publicity duties into the role of the Secretary. The committee currently consists of the following executive members:
President, Treasurer, Secretary, Web Officer, Librarian, Functions Officer, General Committee Member, New Member Officer, Sponsorship Officer, SUTEKH Constitution, USyd Student Union, Category:Year
